What do I do if the photo just shows up as a blank picture in my Camera Roll?

This is totally normal! The file format is made for RAW photos, so on most occasions, it will appear to be a blank or black photo in your phone’s Camera Roll. When you open the Lightroom CC app and add the preset to a folder, you will see the photo associated with it, and it will be ready for use!

How do I adjust my Mobile Preset if it’s too light for one of my photos?

All photos are different and most require some tweaks to the presets to make them look right for each and every photo!
After applying the preset, go to the editing panel along the bottom of the photo and test the following until you find the right look:
Light > Exposure > Turn Down
Light > Shadows > Turn Down

How do I adjust my Mobile Preset if it’s too grainy for my photos?

All photos are different and most require some tweaks to the presets to make them look right for each and every photo!
After applying the preset, go to the editing panel along the bottom of the photo and test the following until you find the right look:
Detail > Sharpening > Turn Down
Effects > Grain > Turn Down

How do I adjust my Mobile Preset if my skin looks too orange?

All photos are different and most require some tweaks to the presets to make them look right for each and every photo!
After applying the preset, go to the editing panel along the bottom of the photo and test the following until you find the right look:
Color > Mix (with the color wheel beside it) > Orange circle > Saturation > Turn Down
Color > Mix (with the color wheel beside it) > Orange circle > Luminance > Turn Up

What if I download the mobile files and I get a black screen that says “Unsupported File Type”?

No problem at all! If you get this message, you should see a square with an arrow in the top right-hand corner. Click on that and you’ll be able to move forward with the rest of the process starting with Save Image.
